Lamont Dozier, Jr is a singer/songwriter that hails from Detroit, Michigan. This fall Lamont will be releasing his debut EP titled, "Introducing Lamont Dozier Jr", which contains the hit single, "I'm Gonna Take My Time", and also includes the remake of the soul classic, " Why Can't We Be Lovers", which was originally recorded by Lamont Dozier, Sr., on the Invictus Record Label in 1972.
